What' Better, 6 Small Meals or 3 Large Meals?

Most people think that 6 small meals are the way to go, but a study in the British Journal of Nutrition found that it didn't matter.  Test groups that ate 3 large or 6 small meals had the same fat loss as long as they consumed the same amount of calories.

So the key is calories and not how you break those calories up during the day.
